Emma is four and I’m surprised by the thoughts she has. She understand what is pretty and what is not. She already knows when she gets attention for how she looks, and tries to dress up or wear jewelry.
She is now talking about death she wonders about how she was born, she is very curious about all things. The two girls are able to play a lot. Hannah is picking up words left and right and mimics her sister a lot. She is able to play and has the ability to know when she is doing something wrong and thinks it’s funny, like taking keys and running away.
Hannah also is now very picky, she will cry for one cracker and not accept the other.
They are now also in more competition than ever. Emma will try to take anything that hannah plays and of course Hannah always wants to do whatever Emma does.
I’m shocked at how early bullying occurs. At the new school it appears kids gang up on eachother. Of course Emma’s inability to share and desire to take things from others.
She is learning how to count, how to add and the letters. It’s impressive how early kids can learn things like that.
Hannah is far more tactile, able to build legos already, while Emma struggles. Emma is able to create songs and dances. So two very different abilities.
